Who could've known that signing Brett Favre could have such a profound effect on Vikings fans?  And yet bringing the most famous Packer ever (Favre did it during the television era Mr. Lombardi, I'm sorry!) to the teams' biggest rival (or is it the Bears?) seems to have done just that over at The Daily Norseman. 

Check out Gonzo's public stages of grief over the inevitable Favre signing.  I just openly wonder how Brett's shoulder will do playing eight games on turf.  Sure the Vikings offensive line is great but you know the NFL's all-time leading TD and INT passer will eat that Metrodome turf at some point.
