SB Nation Writers Going Pro

It seems like SB Nation has become somewhat of a breeding ground for employment at major league franchises.  We've seen writers on several of our sites go on to become employees at pro teams like the Phoenix Suns and Portland Trailblazers.  It happened again this past week when SB Nation's Detroit Red Wings writer at Winging it in Motown was hired to the public relations department with the Wings.

While we never like to lose talent, I think we take some pride in the fact that the pro franchises have learned that they can find smart and capable talent right here any time.

Josh Kalk, who used to write for Brew Crew Ball as dixieflatline, is also working in the Rays' front office now.

That's all I've got for you today, unless you're interested in some Chris Capuano/Tom Haudricourt Fan Fiction.
