Most sports have arbitration hearings when younger players come up for restricted free agency. They can often get nasty because the team is often trying to justify why a player should earn a smaller number when the player and player's agent will argue for the more inflated number. Our Washington Capitals blog, Japers' Rink, decided to take a look at the arguments on both sides of an upcoming arbitration hearing for Milan Jurcina, a young Caps defenseman.
It's a really cool perspective no matter what sport you follow closely.
